About Me
I’m a 3d artist living in Las Vegas, Nevada.
I’ve been an artist for about 7 years now but I’ve been doing some form of art
throughout most of my life. Although my passion is computer art, I enjoy other
hobbies too like Brazilian Jujitsu; the UFC; watching movies and spending time
with my wife and children. I’m easy-going and friendly by nature with
good work ethic.
To me, content is
very important in the media and entertainment field. I’m dedicated to
delivering the graphic art for the films and games that lotteries, casinos and
regulated on-line gaming sites require to bring new customers to their games.
Purpose
The purpose of this document is to ensure that
all animations that are developed for Corporation vendors meet their criteria
as far as asset development, documentation, audio scripts and functional
specifications ( logic). This Art Development Kit ( ADK) is to be used as
a guideline for the overall development and delivery of art assets. Each of the
following steps, in the development process, is based on an accept or a reject
basis as well as on a continuous review and approval process.
Development Procedures
To ensure brand standards and to maintain quality control, the following procedures for new art title development must be observed. Each of the following steps in the development process is based on an accept or reject basis as well as on a continuous review and approval process.
Art concepts can be submitted to me one
of three ways.
Any of these avenues must be approved by me prior to the execution of initial art assets. All art development, internally or externally, must follow a continuous art review process.

Art Concept
Concise Product Logos, and Characters, Props, and
Environment designs, including game contents and definition, Reel Symbols,
Reels, credits, sounds, and UI designs. Each project is first drawned out to
match the client’s ideas, and provide a visual reference to client to insure
better communication.
Audio Scripts
Sounds are needed to take your production to the next level.
Sounds concise video play audio scripts are to include sound effects, character
voice over, character dialog, music, avatar teasers, needed for base video
features. I will supply standard sound effects out of what I have, But if the
client requires special sounds like for example voice over and music, or other,
they must provide it.

Software
Corporations and Clients requires certain logos or sound effects or other to be provided, for example character voice over may be difficult to produce or duplicated because of Copyright. For example I will not be able to provide a famous celebrity voice like Michael Jackson.
The Logo can be in curtain cases be reproduced but may delay the progress of the project. On the Game development side all software engineering support supplied by both internal and third party developers must follow all documentation and porting protocols as determined
by the software engineering. All game title assets need to be finalized into a port kit that can be distributed to additional gaming manufactures as deemed necessary. These port kits should include complete asset libraries and documentation in multiple formats including Vector
based SWF files including all action scripts necessary for plug and play capabilities including 44.1 KHZ 16 bit stereo audio for the Game Station, 1024 x 768 24 bit color high resolution graphics with 44.1 KHZ 16 bit stereo audio, 1024 x 768 256 color resolution graphics
with 44.1 KHZ 16 bit stereo audio with
source file, 800 x 600 24 bit color graphics with 44.1 KHZ 16 bit audio 800 x
600 256 color graphics with 22 KHZ 8 bit audio. All ports
All game asset development will be set
up according to Casino Corporations standards for color depth, frame rate,
image size, coordinate location and sound depth, depending upon the platform
that the game title is being developed for.
All finished graphic game assets should maintain a master copy set to a
minimum resolution of 1024 X 768 24 bit color and all finished game audio
assets should also maintain a master copy set to a minimum frequency of 44.1
KHZ 16 bit stereo audio.
Scene Storyboards
Provide a visual reference that assures your message is received
and retained by the artist. Storyboards concise scene storyboards including
symbol layout and definition, base screen/base game bonus play and second
screen bonuses must be submitted and approved before any art asset development
can commence. These storyboards must reflect the initial art concept
specifications and use approved stage direction.
Full/Scene Art Development
I will be using Autodesk 3ds max version 2011, Adobe
Photoshop CS 2, Autodesk Combustion 2008, Sony Vegas 8 and Corel Draw x4,
including adobe after effects adobe Soundbooth, and All documentations will be
done on Microsoft word and excel. All the software is on a Microsoft Windows
base PC.
All FINAL game title assets will to be Emailed or uploaded
and delivered to the Corporation. This file is to contain ALL finalized assets
including high resolution renders, graphics, audio files, all documentation,
and glass assets. This master file should also contain finalized machine
renderings and ALL source used in the development of the game.
MUTUAL CONFIDENTIALITY
AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and
between UNDERCOVER PRODUCTIONS ("DISCLOSER/RECIPIENT") and John
Hutchinson 3D Media Display Artist.
1. For purposes of this Section 1, "Information"
means Information provided by DISCLOSER/RECIPIENT. I agrees to hold all such Information in
strictest confidence from the date hereof and shall use the Information solely
for the Purpose. No communication of any
Information to any third party and no reproduction or copies of any Information
shall be made unless prior express written authorization is obtained from
DISCLOSER/RECIPIENT. DISCLOSER/RECIPIENT’s Information is and shall remain
DISCLOSER/RECIPIENT 's sole property.
